Breakfast Focaccia topping: Breakfast sausage (local ground beef, rubbed sage, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ground pepper, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes), dairy-free cream cheese (Daiya brand - contains coconut), green bell pepper, Italian seasoning (ground marjoram, thyme, sage, rosemary).

Italian Focaccia topping: Cherry tomatoes, rosemary, ground black pepper, salt.
Strawberry Focaccia topping: Sliced strawberries, white cane sugar, powdered sugar (contains cornstarch).
Hand Pies (V) - GF flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch), dairy-free margarine (Smart Balance), non-hydrogenated palm oil shortening (Spectrum), psyllium husk powder, water, ground flax seed, powdered sugar (contains cornstarch), apple cider vinegar, salt.
Apple Pie Filling: Granny Smith apples, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg.
Blueberry Chia Jam Filling: Blueberries, chia seeds, water.
Cherry Chia Jam Filling: Sweet cherries, chia seeds, water.
Strawberry Jam: Organic strawberries, organic cane sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid.
All hand pies are brushed with an all-fruit apricot jam to glaze.
